Responsible for full support of the State Reporting system which reported Worker Compensation claims to the States of California, Oregon, Tennessee, & Texas. This involved the full scope of the Systems Development Life Cycle when a new State was brought into the system, conducted daily meetings with business unit to provide updates, contact/testing with State to verify file layout of HIPAA EDI 837/997/824 were correct, & partnering with business unit for data research/correction.
