Lead Finance Data Management and Architecture across Barclaycard to meet the overall application design, development, implementation analytical requirements in the areas of Management Information (MI) and Finance Analytics. Responsible for information architecture and application development of the credit risk data warehouse and analytics that supports regulatory compliance with the Advanced Measurement Approach of the Basel II Capital Accord. Project work include building a credit risk data warehouse and analytics designed to consolidate bank wide credit risk data for daily analysis of credit risk exposures, calculation, monitoring and modeling Repo Style transactions, Pillar III reporting, rating validation, regulatory adherence and compliance to risk management and reporting.

Lead the implementation of finance data warehouse and analytics; providing a close up view of instrument level profitability. Deliver technology solution for analysis of product and customer profit and loss metrics, RAROC/RAPM (risk adjusted return on capital / risk adjusted performance measurement); gross contribution, return on assets as well as the classical gross to net margin to show how each customer and product is generating revenue and profit.
