As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner, I lead IGT’s full-cycle recruitment efforts for our domestic Corporate Support and PlayDigital functions. My primary focuses include Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Marketing, Corporate Strategy, DevOps and Engineering. I partner with leaders across the organization (up to and including C-Suite Executives) to provide a world-class talent acquisition experience. From qualifying an opening and developing a tailored recruitment strategy through offer negotiation and onboarding, I love to balance the art and the science of recruiting.
