Accountabilite for a plant that manufactured large (custom) capital equipment, and high volume consumable products for the aluminum industry. Responsible for managing total plant operational resources, which included six discreet manufacturing work centers. Charged with the task of ensuring the lowest manufactured standard costs, and setting world wide inter-plant “transfer” pricing for all finished goods.
