During this challenging time, I studied Cognitive Psychology and delved deeply into the research of blind spots that shaped my predicament and future endeavors.Later becoming a bestselling author of "Blind Spots - Why Good People Make Bad Choices" and co-author of four other influential books on Human behavior, I offer profound insights into leadership dynamics and decision-making. My expertise is recognized globally, underscored by my achievement of the CSP—Certified Speaking Professional designation—the highest recognition in the speaking industry.In 2016, I developed the Blind Spot Assessment, which has since gained global recognition with certified coaches spanning from North America to Australia.
