I am the Director of Policy and Planning in the Policy Coordination Office of the Government of Alberta. In this role, I help advance and coordinate policy priorities in Government. Previously, I was the Manager of Strategic Policy and Legislation in the Office of the Deputy Minister, Alberta Municipal Affairs where I advanced the development of legislation and policy in the Ministry. I have also acted as a Senior Intergovernmental Officer for the Government of Alberta, Executive Council, where I worked with provincial, territorial, and federal government officials to develop and advance intergovernmental initiatives and agreements in areas of social policy. Before becoming a public servant, I worked with the non-profit organization the World University Service of Canada in Kenya and Sri Lanka. I am bilingual in French and English and I have help leadership roles with several volunteer organizations, including as the President of the Canadian International Council in Edmonton, President of the CIC Young Professionals Network, President of the Rotary Club of Edmonton Whyte Avenue, and Vice President of the Greater Windermere Community League.
