Albert Einstein said “ only a life lived to the service of others is worth living”Serving others is something I take to heart. Not only professionally but also personally. There are many aspect I love about the Military, but my favorite has to be working with people from around the world.l have Learned that everyone reacts to leadership styles differently. I consider myself a servant leader. It’s important to me that my team is well taken care of and that they have all the tools to succeed.Personally I have been able to demonstrate problem solving, decision making and leadership in my role as a truck commander. I have lead and trained over 20 individuals at a time and maintained accountability of weapons valued well over 1M.Outside of work I am a very caring individual who loves to bring smiles to peoples faces. I am a father of three boys and have been happily married for nine years. My hobbies include golf and spending time with my family. If I could chose one word to describe myself it would be passionate. I take everything I do seriously and truly care about other around me.
