Key contributor in establishing location based advertising APIs and targeting features for Nokia's Here.com organization. Responsible for managing a development team during it's undertaking to shift Nokia's on premise data centers and services to AWS. Prior to that, I was a lead engineer for many of Nokia's location based advertising solutions and contributed to analytic and real time targeting features such as user agent / screen size targeting, determining user advertising targeting through analytic derivation of location coupled with Nielson ratings and USGS census data, IP targeting, country, demographics and other industry standard targeting features.
