Responsible for Sr./Lead role in designing, developing, and analyzing overall architecture of the CenturyLink data network including IP, Ethernet, VoIP, IPTV, CDN and MPLS products. Provided high-‐level integrated architecture solutions that meet performance, scalability, reliability, cost and security needs. Coordinated design and integration of total system including subsystems within project deadline/schedule.Provided consultation to Regulatory teams for items related to FCC US Broadband Report “Need for Speed”/SamKnows. Attended meetings at FCC and participated in debates and resolution amongst several ISPs MSO(s), Telcos, related to testing dynamics and fairness based on product/technology delivery types and avoidance of network enhancement systems such as T-‐Cache, CDN diverts and other technologies. Lead/Directed deployment of systems within CenturyLink’s network to provide fair/accurate reporting of network performance during the consumer testing for SamKnows.Represented company in several product / technology expo/trade shows and user groups, invited to several UK/Euro conferences related to IPTV /DATA Subscriber Management and Evolution of static configuration to Dynamic Subscriber Instantiation model via integration with full AAA subscriber-‐aware backend. Participated in several initiatives related to “Network API” and At-‐a-‐glance subscriber intelligence gleaning for Operations Support/Technical Support centers and API calls related to transactional services where QoS may be applied or subscriber un-‐aware provisioned service bandwidth is utilized to provide enhanced services (Gaming, VOIP/VIDEO CONFERENCING/PRESENTATIONS-‐BUSINESS SERVICES, etc.).
