Frood-Stobie Complex

Underground grade control of sub level cave and vertical retreat mining blocks. Gained skills in Datamine and MineCAD (e.g. wireframing, DTMs). Core logging of mine exploration drill holes and sampling in compliance with QA/QC protocols. Responsible for the creation of a database in order to identify stopes with potential high recovery within sub level cave portion of Stobie.

Yellowknife, Nt

Logged drill core from the Caribou Lake layered mafic-ultramafic intrusion which hosts magmatic Ni-Cu-PGE occurrences. Sampling of core for major and trace element geochemistry and Ni-sulfide fire assay. Conducted shoreline geological mapping of the intrusion as well as hydrothermal veins hosting 5-element mineralization (Ni, Ag, Co, As, Bi) in the vicinity.
