Provide support as HBSS\Endpoint Protection lead for the newly awarded EITaaS (Enterprise IT as a Service) USAF contract. Provide server\workstation security design and review for multiple design teams. Collaborate across multiple design streams to ensure holistic success. Additional responsibilities will include Co-Lead for Carbon Black NGAV (Carbon Black Response & Carbon Black Protection)Lead for HBSS continued sustainment as well as removal & migration efforts to new Carbon Black Stack.Assist with Nutanix (Virtualization Hypervisor Host and Storage Management), Bromium, and SteelCloud implementation and administration.

Provided McAfee Professional Service engagements both remote and onsite for various large enterprise customers. Provided McAfee architecture design and implementation for migration and new customer environments. Worked with customers to provide knowledge transfer and custom documentation. 100% travel position.

Technical Project manager support contract including COMMS equipment as well as deployable network solutions (NOC in a Box). Responsible for the continual patch management and various support personnel. Onsite SME for HBSS and McAfee solutions. Act as liaison between the Navy (N6), and support staff. Assist in contract writing, proposal, SOW and various other contract management activities.

Current engagement is being a top team member of the Professional Services / Education Services team, delivering government and commercial training for. HBSS (ePO) and other miscellaneous McAfee products.

HBSS deployment and sustainment for the USAF!

Currently working on the C.A.R.S Task Force (Cyber Asset Reduction and Security). Coordinate and deploy to remote DISA accepted sites (Non NMCI), and implement SPAWAR HBSS servers and deploy agents to each site.

Guidestar is a Non Profit company whose sole purpose is to collect and provide data regarding other non-profiit status companies. This data is serverd to several large customers such as American Express and the IRS. This is way different than the DOD networks I have become accustomed to, but then again, change is always good!

Provide Enterprise level support to local and remote locations. I am the SME for all client GPO’s. This includes (but not limited to) GPO creation, administration, and troubleshooting on both domain controllers as well as client workstations. I provide direct input from an operational standpoint to Engineering, and assist in designing new solutions and redesigning existing ones. I was the primary escalation point for all Client O/S issues, as well as all Enterprise RAS issues until roughly 8 months ago. My position requires communication on a daily basis with WorldCom\​MCI, Raytheon, Dell, and Microsoft as well as other business partners required to fully support Enterprise Operations. I Work with Staging and Deployment teams regarding client builds or network topologies that prevent client applications and/or services from functioning at 100%. Other day to day troubleshooting activities include DNS, DHCP, and AD Replication. I was previously employed by MIL CORP (see below), which was a sub-contractor for the NMCI project under EDS. I was hired on with EDS (Contract owner) in Feb of 2003. NMCI is one of the largest implementations of Active Directory in the world, as well as one of the largest single network implementations with users in excess of 650,000 and computer objects exceeding 400,000 objects

Provided technical trouble shooting, hardware and software support to inbound clients, maintained flexibility in a highly challenging environment and employed exceptional interpersonal communication skills. I also provided assistance and support to other team members, as well as mentoring new hires. I received quarterly award given to top 10% of the call center. I was also tasked with the position of Team Senior on a regular basis.
