• During the first month of employment, 24,000+ records were discovered to be missing "NAICS" codes through data analysis.• Extracted the missing records, and through SQL logic, provided a "solution" to fix over 24,000 records that were missed from data migration.• Collect and analysis data on SQL server 2008 to develop reports for Collective Bargaining Information Services (CBIS). The reports includes but not limited to weekly wage and collective agreement reports, monthly highlights, quarterly work stoppages and ad-hoc requests from the minister's office.• Built new reporting capabilities such as drill-down of summarized data to perform DRS file auditing. • Designed and Implement an enterprise solution for Reporting using Business Objects Enterprise XI R2 to support 5,000+ users for a the TD Bank Voyageur project; a join venture between IBM, Bell and TD.• Solution Architect for Rogers RFP. Customer is moving from Cisco’s WebView reporting solution to Cisco CUIS as their reporting presentation layer. Gather requirements, provided estimates, developed and documents for 6 Call Centre Skill Groups, Call Types, and Agents reports.• Developed Custom Reports for Honda Project on Cisco Customer Response Solutions. Honda is using Cisco UCCX Historical Reports platform with Crystal Reports XI.• Reporting Architecture for short term Shoppers Drug Mart Project using Crystal Reports Application Server (Crystal Reports 2008 Embedded Edition).• Designed and Implement Disaster Recovery Plan and Load Balancing to meet customer’s requirement of 99% up-time. • Developer and support the development of Portal applications based on the BusinessObjects XI R2 SDK.• Analyze submitted COR’s and determine if report(s) meet strict design guidelines and provide detail feedback on recommendations of changes in order to pass the MAC process to promote reports between environments.• SQL Queries using DB2 Command Editor and Toad for SQL Server 3.2
