I am a competent and conscientious person who is practical and hardworking. I am able to communicate with people at all levels.I have worked in various office-based roles throughout my career which has given me an insight and understanding into customer service, events management, membership bodies, banking, quality control, process improvement, management reporting and customer payments systems.I am competent in all computer programs & systems I have used in my career, and I always take an interest in learning new systems when starting a different role. I have always taken a keen interest in process improvement in any role I have worked in and will always strive to do so.I have always been able to work on my own initiative if required but am happy to work within a team environment if the role requires it.I was a Member of the NAB Customer Services Peer Leadership group in 2016. This was a group of 50 selected from 1400 Customer Services staff.I was nominated the Departmental lead on the building and implementation of automated customer processing software.
