Acted as the liaison between Kodak and Walt Disney World corporate alliances. Managed the daily operation of a 7 day a week/365 day a year live stage show at the Walt Disney World Resort. Duties included: conducting performer auditions, performer training, performance evaluations, performer scheduling,performer payroll, arranging costume cleaning, purchase/delivery of show supplies, ensuring constant performer stage coverage. Responsible for creating client bi-weekly status/budget reports.
