Performed in this role hybrid since early 2019 creating our internal agile toolchain, including managing the transition off of Pivotal Tracker. Transitioned from prior role into this one full time November 2021.In addition to Runway & Flight Control (our internal agile toolchain), also covered short term projects working on Solar Product Marketing, Email Campaigns, and Surveys. These products were built natively within our Nitro platform and greatly reduced reliance on third party tools such as MailChimp and SurveyMonkey.Early 2022, transitioned to Tempo platform for our sister company Stream Innvoations as the business went live and started processing loans. Led feature team through product development enabling Power to transition more than half of its consumers from other loan providers to Stream within months, covering sales in the majority of our territories, and approving millions of dollars in loan volume per day. Then expanded product complexity support, and integration with funding and accounting systems. Feature development in Tempo continues to expand with email automation, online document signature management, improved rules based workflows, and deeper accounting management needs.Interacts daily with end users and works with business leadership to reconcile priorities and lead product teams to deliver the appropriate features for this fast growth business.

Joined the Power family to create an agile practice and hire the initial team of Scrum Masters. Led the agile community of practice focusing on maturing our agile process teams towards more measurable and improved outcomes. Integrated the practice into the BT organization alongside the also newly formed product, user experience, and quality disciplines. Performed as a scrum master on one team, while rotating through other teams as needed for shadowing, agile coaching, and support. Helped onboard, train, and mentor external hires as our product delivery teams expanded.
