During my time in A/R I was personally responsible for signing and developing relationships with the industries leading roster of sponsored artists. Developed, implemented and maintained all social media strategy from top to bottom. Including everything from customer engagement and brand image marketing to addressing all social media based customer service needs. Directly responsible for Event Marketing revolving around specific brand partnerships, concerts, trade shows, and more. Served as the brand representative at over 15 trade shows; appearing in numerous product interview videos introducing new products to the music industry press.

Worked directly with distributors in over 120 countries world wide helping to develop and grow our international sales figures while assisting and implementing marketing efforts to help push brand awareness in each specific market. Traveled as far as Shanghai, China to represent the company at all valid international trade shows and develop key relationships with new distributors in order to expand our footprint on an international scale.

Directly responsible for a territory of 700 + music stores. Served as brand representative at numerous trade shows. Helped to maintain customer service policies that equated in the highest customer service rating in the musical string industry.
