Recruiting and training a combined sales and service team, I outlined an organisational sales and service vision that saw revenues increase by 250% over 5 years, while also improving margins and increasing recurring revenue to ensure sustainability. During this time, I also overhauled our performance management regime, implementing an OKR model that motivated and rewarded teams with an unwavering focus on customer satisfaction and retention. As a result, more than 8 in 10 existing customers converted to our new SaaS subscription platform and our win rate against major competitors increased significantly.
