The position involved a heavy concentration in production operations management as well as project management. Over the course of the internship I extensively used ERP systems as well as completed training in TOC methodology. I had the chance to work with various members of a team whose position was to impliment TOC and develop critical chain performance throughout the entire organization.

The position was a broad industrial learning internship. I worked in the test lab for the plant's electrical motors. I gained experience in electrical work, welding, motor testing and rigging, and testing setup.
