I was responsible for performing a variety of complex duties to support the Bank’s activities through platforms and processes associated with various applications, including the administration of the nCino bank operating system. This included performing administration changes/enhancements, completing and researching issues reported from authorized users, ongoing system maintenance, facilitating the Release and System Update schedule and executing project efforts for the continued optimization of the Banks applications. This Role also required that I work with Subject Matter Experts representing various areas of the bank to test Releases and resolve issues as well as train and educate new and existing Users on the system and its new features.

I was responsible for performing a variety of duties to support the commercial loan closing function including preparing loan documents utilizing LaserPro documentation software, processing loan transactions as well as coordinating complex loan closings; performing post-closing functions to include recording liens, updating collateral tracking records and document exceptions, scanning and indexing loan files and preparing various reports as needed.I was also responsible for the administration, ongoing maintenance and optimization of the nCino strategic commercial lending system.

In addition, I performed post-closing review functions to include recording liens, updating loan exception database and other loan tracking logs; communicate pertinent information to Supervisor and respond to requests for information. I also assisted the Supervisor with administrative tasks to support department operations. All of these tasks are completed while interacting closely with lending and support staff in sales, underwriting and credit departments.

Through Paladin Consulting, I assisted with the TAB Products project for BB&T Corporation. Following the clients instructions, collateral loan documents were prepared, sorted and indexed in preparation for scanning to the banks image storage system. The physical loan file was prepared for transport to offsite storage and other duties were completed while ensuring compliance with customer privacy and Sarbanes-Oxley regulations.

I was accountable for implementing and maintaining multiple desktop database solutions for a facility with over 170 employees. Utilizing extensive knowledge of MS Access and VBA, I also worked closely with department managers and other stakeholders to create database solutions that achieved a marked increase in efficiency and accuracy as well as increased employee accountability.In addition, I was responsible for maintaining complex interest rate records and coordinating monthly Sarbanes-Oxley compliance review for system and facility user access; performing daily routine maintenance to several ancillary desktop and web based business systems and processes as well as administering the master rate index change process for core underwriting and documentation systems. Among other duties, I established and maintained procedures for various System Administrator functions and processes, participated in projects related to facility relocation, Bank charter consolidation and bank acquisition and completed numerous bank-wide mail merge projects related to consumer communications.
