Engaged in Lean process analysis and internal application development for a multi-division general contractor and construction manager. Acting as a custom front end to existing project management software, jobsite personnel see dramatic time savings and reduced training time through a streamlined tablet-friendly interface.- Intranet platform to centralize company communication and simplify access to resources. Fully data driven, custom SSRS report server front end, cross-application full text search, dynamic sitemap and permissions linked to HR data.- Construction HR system with Oracle / Primavera P6 integrated project staffing module. Reduces maintenance and improves accuracy of capacity planning by linking a person's assignment dates with the active construction schedule.- Comprehensive project history search tool, providing a single tablet-friendly interface to search previously built projects, pursuits, and employees' resume experience. Queries data from existing core systems, keeping data fresh and reducing administrative burden.
