About Kevin Tong

I received my first computer in 2000; the era of Y2K, the dot-com bubble, and of course AOL dial-up. Since then, I’ve become a lifelong tech enthusiast and PC gamer.I'm a problem solver who helps people buy computers based on their needs and budget, as well as custom build systems. I'm also adept at troubleshooting hardware and software. I have over 5 years of customer service experience in various roles that include service desk, retail, and security. I'm a team player who is able to explain tech in plain language, write detailed reports, and treat clients with tact.I was a participant in NPower Canada's Junior IT Analyst training program, where I obtained the CompTIA A+ certification and continued to learn even more about IT.I am currently learning about the cloud, as I believe that all organizations will see the value in migrating to the cloud, and I look forward to helping them upgrade their business.
