My name is Kevin Lora and I am a proud second-generation Dominican college student originally from the gloriously green state of New Jersey. As a Mechanical Engineering Major, I'm immersing myself within the NYU Tandon community, joining a variety of programs and initiatives, with a specific focus on the areas of excellence in NAE. My passion lies at the intersection of sustainability and the automotive industry, especially in the context of urban environments. I aim to improve the aspects of sustainable energies in all forms of automotive technology that would positively contribute to goals to be green by 2030. Beyond my major pursuits, I'm embarking on a math minor, finding joy in the precision and logic that numbers offer. On top of my academic endeavors, I proudly represent NYU as a catcher on the baseball team, blending my love for sports with my commitment to education and conservative energy. Join me as I navigate the complexities of sustainable goals in automotive innovation and urbanization, aiming to make a positive impact on the world around us.
