• Supporting the design development and production team across all product ranges (Mainline & MHL) from initial prototype through to bulk• Responsible for updating SAP on collection development – setting up attributes and item masters, creating BOM’s and PO’s, goods receipting stock against PO’s, updating and checking cost prices prior to collection reviews• Creating and maintaining supplier pattern plans, fabric plans, visual range plans, graded spec sheets, ensuring the accuracy of supplier and fabric COO, commodity codes, customs descriptions, care instructions, and sustainability data• Facilitating the internal management and distribution of all samples, liaising with suppliers for timely deliveries to meet the critical path• Setting up care labels and disclaimer tickets, creating packing lists, and pulling trims for production• Supporting the shoot producer with the execution of elevated and customer look book shoots in accordance with design direction

• Digitised physical patterns and maintained a seasonal pattern archive for the in-house pattern cutting team for the SS20 and AW20 collections• Developed mock-ups for print and embroidery placement to follow for bulk production• Assembled technical & trim packs for sampling and liaised with external suppliers to ensure deadlines were met

• Undertook design development for the AW19 collection to produce silhouette and textile ideas following a brief by the creative director• Responsible for amending patterns, sewing prototypes, and in-house production pieces
