In 2007 David set up his own business drawing on his skills and experiences to offer services which develop business to the next level. Ranging from the shop floor and facilitating training/development of people and process to Executive Coaching and Leadership Development/Creation. All focused on Performance Improvement and making a difference now and in the future, no short term fixes here. Focusing upon the skill and passion he has built up over 25 years he invested in further developing his people skill‘s and formally studied with the Coaching Academy professionally qualifying in 2009 with Distinctions as a Personal, Executive and Corporate Coach he is also a trained administrator of MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) and as part of this gives feedback and follow-up on a one-to-one basis.

Manage and facilitate the transfer and training of 113 people skilled and operational from the Northeast of England to Southampton.Ensure good integration into a plant that was not designed to operate a complicated and diverse brand portfolio, all within a different organisational culture. Plan and advise the instillation of various machine formats to optimise working space and create a productive environment.Recommend to the scheduling department ways the plan and load the brand mix on to the new machine base and advice of any possible inadequacies in the current system. Integrate new procedures and process map new procedure which fit into the current ISO system.
