Including email communication and pulling parts return requests from the CAT system and paper copies from other vendors• Retrieve parts from locations as requested, Properly tag, prepare shipping paperwork and ship to CAT and other vendors.• Track Shipped parts and reply to vendors as needed.• Scrap outdated parts that were never requested within 60 days of claim to vendor, update in the DBS system.• Enter warranty claims when time permits.• Maintain, organize and clean up the warranty parts hold area in the South yard.• Adhere to all applicable safety policies.
