I was the first recruiter to join the firm on ground and was tasked with setting up the recruitment function for the Mumbai office. I spent my early months working on process enhancements, competition mapping and university relations.2. I successfully took over campus relations with Tier I Engineering schools which were being managed remotely from Amsterdam and established relations with newer ones. Campuses like IIT Bombay, IIT Madras & BITS, Pilani were actively pursued for our graduate hiring programs.3. I successfully hired our first batch of graduate traders and software engineers from campus placements along with a team member provide remote support from Amsterdam. A total of 34 grads were hired.4. I successfully managed the internship hiring process during the 2023 campus season. A total of 6 interns were hired.5. I was the SPOC for the Mumbai office to coordinate IMC's flagship Global Traineeship Program. Right from planning to managing all logistics.6. I was responsible for scaling up of the local hires, having filled 22 positions in total. 7. Hired for roles like Traders, Trading Engineers, Enterprise Infra Engineers, Finance Analysts, Research Analysts, Legal Counsel, Risk Analyst, Low Latency Software Engineer, Data Center Engineers etc.8. I also led efforts for various projects like creating the careers page website for the India office, ATS management, salary benchmarking, campus branding events to name a few.9.
