I have been facilitating the development of senior leaders, organisational consultants, executive coaches and psychologists across private, public and not-for-profit sectors for 30+ years. As Director of Coaching at PiqueGlobal, I support senior leaders and organisations across the globe to build capability that is both systemic and sustainable. I co-create 1:1 and team coaching experiences that help make sense of the complex interplay of relational, personal and commercial challenges that impact performance and wellbeing.I partner with senior leaders and their teams to challenge themselves to go beyond what they think is possible. With my support, organisations craft the resources that enable their people to face the ever-increasing demands on their work and life roles with humanity, agility and success. I grew my career during the economic recession of the early ‘90’s working with financial advisers to build capabilities and resilience in the context of major industry reform. I partnered with business executives to deliver large-scale restructuring and culture change projects and facilitated the development of managers, senior leaders and their teams. I established a flourishing coaching, supervision and consulting practice working with more than one hundred organisations and their leaders over the next 14 years. Since joining as a partner of the PiqueGlobal ‘tribe’ in 2017, I am inspired by the artful integration of our team’s talents and systems perspective that sees the emergence of courageous leaders who connect deeply with their people to sustain prosperous workplaces.As an Organisational Psychologist, Executive and Team Coach, I have internationally recognised qualifications and continue to challenge my learning edge in advanced leadership coaching practice, Gestalt in organisations, systemic team coaching, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and professional supervision practice. My training encompasses qualifications with University of Melbourne, Association for Coaching, Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership, Oxford Brookes University, European Mentoring and Coaching Centre, Australian Psychological Society, Victorian College of Organisational Psychologists, Psychology Registration Board and International Society of Coaching Psychologists. I engage in reflective practice via 1:1/group supervision, currently with a focus on Gestalt and the Enneagram.As Victorian Co-Chair and Regional Fellow for the Association for Coaching, I lead a committed team to build a strong community of coaching practice locally and beyond
