I'm the Project Coordinator for multiple projects across Heritage, Digital Arts, Filmmaking Training & Education for both Youth and Adult strands at an award-winning small charity in the north-west. I'm currently leading the craft departments (Art Dept, Wardrobe, Makeup & Hair) for period short film "Wishbone", am the Project Manager for the 11-15yr old youth strand Cooke's Crew teaching creative media skills & am the Project Coordinator for the BFI Film Academy short course. In addition I organise the Recruitment & Marketing for, and help coordinate & administrate all other projects from CPD courses to Digital & Gallery Exhibitions; and support alumni's & any other Adult & Youth programmes for 8-19yr olds (animation, Autism support, SFX makeup etc.) when needed.

Strong performer & squad leader in Cumbrian drumming band DEATBEATS. Playing samba drums with a flair for costumery and physical / interactive theatrics. I performed booking, publicity, web updates and marketing duties in my capacity as assistant band leader of this unique 13-piece group. As of 2018, DEATBEATS is in residency for Boombox Circus in Leeds.Deatbeats has performed around the UK alongside acts such as Sub Focus, Krafty Kuts at MONSTER MONSTER nights, Ibibio Sound Machine, Featurecast, Utah Saints and Craig Charles' Funk and Soul Show as well as appearing at festivals such as Kendal Calling, Old Sawmill Garden Party, Solfest, Beacons and Beat-Herder. We have also performed at club nights at Manchester Academy (IllumiNaughty), The Old Red Bus Station (Superfly) and the Beaverworks, Leeds (BoomBox Circus, Remedy) and at House of Vans, London. Deatbeats strength lies in its unique approach at merging contemporary and traditional rhythms together and its “onslaught of the senses” design along with its versatility, enthusiasm and ultimate desire to “bring the party” to any event it gets its hands on.

ERCA (European Ropes Course Association) trained with First Aid certification. I began as a confident & exemplary receptionist prior to a busy summer season before staying on during the winter season training as a climbing wall instructor for Treetop Trek and Treetop Nets. Duties included daily safety checks of grounds, tree batons, ropes, suages and anchors, course and nets maintenance and break management as an instructor. My skills and standards as a receptionist afforded me the specially created promotion of Reception Coordinator as the business expanded.

Providing excellent customer facing roles for an arts charity and cultural hub with many disciplines; excellent knowledge, sales and front-end marketing of all events; liaison between staff and bookings for the differing sections; streamlining and supporting implementations of new work procedures and policies; cash management & bookings administration.

I facilitated the redesign of the Athena PTS website based on the requested parameters & designed a new cover for client documents. Additional admin work involved research and communication for a variety of small tasks such as conference space booking, setting up meetings & new property investigations.

As BM of a Grade 1, High St bookshop, I organised & managed the various daily merchandising & operational tasks assigned to myself & my staff; recruited, developed & trained staff within the Health & Safety, Loss Prevention, Financial, Customer Service & Process & Operations guidelines; Supported & informed best practises in events management, account sales duties & bibliographic searches and had accountability for branch P&L, with Career & Skill development & objective setting for staff throughout.

I provided the cover or internal artwork for local author & poet Ann Wilson.
