Current• Revolutionizing the management of Enterprise accounts, including prominent names such as Citibank and Salesforce, in the role of Senior Key Account Manager, and overseeing the Mid-Market account, Deliver Health, porter, Solum.• Blending end-to-end ownership of the accounts, encompassing maintenance, strategic upselling, and cross-selling, supported by accurate business analysis.• Devising theme-based calendars and a comprehensive communication plan, strategically tailored to enhance account retention.• Collaborating seamlessly with multifunctional teams, ranging from technical and program management to operations, marketing, and design. Regular interactions also extend to external vendors such as Cult, Healthyfyme, Power8, Mfine, and Fitternity, facilitating day-to-day operations.• Ensuring the seamless execution of on-site health checks and wellness activities, meticulously planned for Enterprise accounts.• Ensuring financial management, encompassing timely payment collection, proactive reminders, and discrepancy resolution in collaboration with the finance team.• Guiding and presenting meticulously planned webinar sessions, characterized by well-structured scripts and flows.• Crafting and delivering comprehensive materials, including SLAs, FAQs, data-rich PowerPoint presentations, and succinct quarterly review synopses for client engagement.• Strategic budget planning for upcoming activities, grounded in well-justified reasoning and thorough justifications, aimed at optimizing client satisfaction.• Synthesizing detailed reports fortified with thorough analysis, reflecting a data-driven approach to continuous improvement.
