(Currently being replicated by other cities). Worked with the investment committee to re-structure $73M of investments, increasing returns 5.5%. Developed "Impact Lakeland", a magazine-style directory of 200+ programs needing funding. This tool increased funded programs from 10 to over 160. Upgraded the organization's website to provide donors online, real-time access to manage their funds, make donations, etc. Earned "Confirmed in Compliance with National Standards from the U.S. Council on Foundations". Earned unofficial title of the "fastest growing community foundation in the southeast".
