Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and clinical supervisor in Arizona and completed my Master's in Social Work at Arizona State University. I am currently working as a Partial Hospitalization Program therapist at Meadows Behavioral Healthcare. At The Meadows, I utilize Post Induction Therapy (the Meadows Model) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy in both group and individual therapy for patients struggling with trauma, substance use, and general mental health issues. I also currently work at Mind and Soul Counseling Services, where I provide clinical supervision and offer therapy to clients. Personal growth and development have been impactful in my journey, and I am grateful to be able to supervise associate-level therapists through their licensure process. I have experience working in outpatient treatment centers, community mental health, and private practices, and have found that I most enjoy working at organizations where I can collaborate easily with colleagues. I've previously worked as an EMDR therapist, clinical program supervisor, child therapist and case manager and have additional experience working with the foster care system. I've received training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Post Induction Therapy (PIT), sand tray therapy, complex trauma, and dissociation. My additional professional experience includes over nine years working with social service organizations, case management, connecting clients with resources and support, and knowledge of organization-specific databases managing personal health information.
