As associate program manager, my main task was to drive stakeholder engagement and garner adoption of the strategic meetings management (SMM) program within our Fortune 100 clients' company. Having started the role in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic, I had to implement quick and creative solutions to keep stakeholders engaged during the ever-evolving crisis. I managed this with thorough communication and by taking proactive, strategic measures to ensure the client was consistently ahead of the curve in the quickly-changing landscape.

As production manager, I worked with clients as their main point of contact to help them produce exceptional events at the 333 S. Grand Ave. location in Downtown Los Angeles. I was a part of the opening team at this location and played an integral part of launching Los Angeles as a new market for Convene. I employed strategies to help consult my clients and acted as a resource for them to ensure their clients are happy and left with a lasting impression. I worked closely with the service, technology and culinary teams to relay important information in a timely manner. TRINE is a boutique marketing agency delivering integrated marketing solutions by strategically combining creative, digital and experiential campaigns.ACCOUNT MANAGER (March 2016-September 2017)As Account Manager, I oversaw various clients and executed several events each month. My daily tasks included scouting venues, managing vendors, negotiating contracts, communicating with clients, traveling around the world for on-site event activation, sponsorship activation and much more. I worked directly with the operations team, including the Chief Operating Officer. I was involved in projects with clients such as Thuzio Executive Club, Inspirato, The Rory McIlroy Foundation, The Steve Nash Foundation, Blackhouse Hospitality Management and others. I managed the majority of TRINE's internal marketing needs, including social media. I also developed websites and email campaigns for all of TRINE's clients as a part of our marketing services.MARKETING PROJECT COORDINATOR (June 2014-February 2016)As marketing project coordinator, I worked directly with executives to produce events for major clients and their consumers. I managed all social media platforms, creating engaging content and designed all internal marketing materials, including presentation decks, social media promotions and more. As an intern at LComm Marketing, I was tasked with completing design elements (both online and print) for an array of clients including TCU Athletics, Parkland Hospital, United Community Centers (non-profit) and the city of Benbrook, Texas. I was also in charge of LComm's social media pages. This internship helped enhance my skills with Photoshop, InDesign and other software programs.

For my first internship, I was hired by Inspirato as a marketing intern. I worked directly under the Director of Brand Marketing. I gained experience in writing press releases, organizing events, content management (both editorial and website) and I learned about marketing through Inspirato's innovative business model. I also helped to organize and add keywords to the company's photo database of 7,000+ photos. I worked with the company's multiple social media accounts and learned to use HootSuite and Google Analytics.

Through the outdoor center at TCU's recreation center, I lead participants on many outdoor trips. These trips included backpacking, camping, rock climbing, kayaking, canoeing, and many more fun adventures! This job was not only fun, but it helped me gain independence and great leadership skills.
