I have helped to increase customer experience and over all store standards. As well as keeping up employee moral and responsibilities. As a newer company, we are still learning our strengths and weaknesses as a new brand, and part of being an employee for a company like that is helping them understand how it can affect the company as a whole and how they could improve it while also holding on while they figure out the kinks.

At Kolar my capabilities and responsibilities covered a wide range of things. During my time there I was involved in name branding and story development for a rental space in the Cincinnati area. I was also involved in the organization and execution for imagery on a renovation project - this including sourcing the images, obtaining the releases for those images, as well as creating the copy for those visuals. Another project I was involved in was setting up a design competition for redesigning a hands on learning area for youth and adults. This project involved project research on firms as well as judges and creating layouts to present those to our board of organizers.
