Duties & Responsibilities: • Continual observation of Grafana, Cacti, PRTG, Orion, Solarwinds, U2000, U31 internal application for monitoring)• Effectively respond to enterprise alerts from all platforms by following documented procedures that instruct troubleshooting, resolution or escalation steps.• Drive efforts to restore service through incident resolution or work around implementation in as little as possible.• Assist in determining the severity, impact, and priority of incidents and engage formal incident management process as needed.• Act as an information conduit between the multiple teams, customers and the technology Management team to provide high quality communication.• Escalate incidents when necessary and inform varying levels of management and senior leadership in the business units and CTO.• Ensures that all appropriate information is documented for all significant incidents, including impacts, detailed timelines, root-cause and support parties involved.• Work independently to identify system, application, hardware, or network problems. Take corrective action when needed and refer more complex issues to higher level support groups using established escalation procedures.• Proactive monitored for all website and identify if the sites are being attacked or poisoned.• Act as an information conduit between the multiple teams, customers and the technology Management team to provide high quality communication.

• Monitor the network for alarms or certain conditions requiring special attention to avoid impact on the networks performance and avoid network interruption.• Document and escalate reported troubles as required by procedure, utilizing trouble ticketing systems and other support software.• Responsible for Network, circuit activation, analyzing problems and troubleshooting• Maintain contact with the IP Network/Technical Group through incident resolution and report status periodically.• Provide knowledge base assistance to internal and external customers on Metro Connect and GEPON product lines. • Monitor network and configuration of equipment such as Cisco, Edgecore, Zyxel Multilayer Switches and routers.• Provide periodic Fault Summary Reports.• Coordinate with IP Network Engineers and Field Engineers(Fiber Optic Unit) to perform maintenance on systems and networks to ensure stability in the network• Assisting other staff members as needed to perform other related duties as required for the benefit of the company.
