Provide project management oversight for post-award monitoring activities and overall risk assessment of a federal agency’s grant award portfolio. Lead a team of Subject Matter Experts, Grant Auditors, and Grant Analysts that conduct desk reviews, post-award adjustment reviews, targeted review assessments, and awardee action plan follow-up on behalf of the agency in accordance with the Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200). Provide additional support to the agency through development of process maps, standard operating guides, routine or ad hoc reporting, and public-facing training materials.Work with IntegrityM leadership team to develop, enhance, and evolve overall approach to their grant management and audit activities line of business. Support business development with review, qualification, and response to opportunities.

Led the organization's education and training programs, and communication efforts. The Huntington Study Group (HSG) is a not-for-profit organization consisting of more than 800 researchers in more than 120 academic centers primarily in Australia, Canada, and the United States whose mission is to seek treatments that make a difference for the rare, neurological genetic disorder, Huntington's disease (HD).Worked closely with the HSG staff and leadership to develop and implement plans and programs in these areas that are consistent with the strategic direction of the organization, and build and expand the presence of HSG among its key constituents: HD community of individuals and families affected by the condition, HD researchers, and pharmaceutical and other organizations developing treatments for the condition. My team and I developed communications and marketing plans for the HSG to build and expand the presence of HSG in all media, including the web, social media, and other outreach channels, and to help HSG recruit participants for HD research and clinical trials. I also identified and obtained sponsorship and grants for new programs, lead and support various HSG committees, working groups, and special task forces, and maintain the HSG website, CRM, and e-learning systems.

In this role, I ran all day-to-day operations, with P&L impact, of the Medicare Qualified Independent Contractor (QIC) program. I managed teams in a matrix organization to ensure that the program is adequately staffed, meeting client SLAs for timeliness and quality, and that the program meets forecasted operating income. Additionally, I served as the key point of contact for communications between the operations teams and other internal stakeholders such as organizational leadership, infrastructure, applications development, human capital, and finance. I also provided support on business development efforts, ensure HIPAA and privacy compliance, maintain ISO 9001 certification, and lead continual improvements.

As Director of BI, I oversaw high level strategic, tactical decisions for business intelligence tools and business requirements engineering. I routinely facilitated organizational data strategies for governance, design, implementation, integration and usage. I also led the design and maintenance of business intelligence applications, and ensured the use of business intelligence applications to enhance business decision making capabilities.

In this temporary interim role, I established organizational standards for the Federal Services Segment's PMO to align with standard practices of the project management discipline. I trained project managers on tools and best practices, maintained project governance functions through critical stage gate reviews for existing and new work. As leader of the PMO, I provided overall direction for business shared services functions: QA, Training, IT, Facilities, and Business Process Optimization.

I managed the quality management system (QMS) for the Medicare QIC Program. With my team of QA Managers and Analysts, I planned, developed, and directed quality assurance policies, programs, and initiatives. I was responsible for setting strategy and vision for the program’s QM activities including Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and reporting. As a Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), I routinely evaluated the performance of the production process and products to improve methods.

I managed the overall media product development process from concept to commercialization. This included monitoring work flow and deadlines. I managed a team of up to 25 domestic multimedia developers and an offshore team of up to 30 resources. I was additionally responsible for ensuring completion of projects that within scope, cost, and schedule. I also onboarded, trained and managed external vendors providing e-learning courseware development.

In my first full-time job, I operated video and audio editing suites for corporate and commercial clients. Prepared scripts and storyboards for on-site and remote video productions.

I maintained and operated video equipment, edited select footage, provided technical direction for live newscasts.
