I have been a successful people manager and effectively managed key stakeholders that have not reported to me. Data always tells a story and is a key component of how I manage my business. Utilizing data supports everything key (strategy definition, business planning, prioritization of activities) to achieving the best results. Following up with the right reporting, sharing best practices, working and communicating with the appropriate teams, and management, are also critical aspects of how I manage my day-to-day deliverables. My ability to build the necessary content from a vast pool of data is also something that has helped me contribute to the success of my teams.
