I am an IT Specialist with over six years of experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for various organizations. Currently, I work at Epiphany School, where I manage and maintain the hardware, and software for the staff and students. I also provide help desk support, telephone support, and training for the users, ensuring that their IT needs are met and resolved in a timely and efficient manner. Previously, I worked as a Service Desk Specialist at Convoy Inc, and as a Service Desk Analyst at Public Health Management Corporation, where I gained valuable skills and knowledge in IT service management, and customer service. I am passionate about using IT to enhance the learning and teaching experience, and I enjoy collaborating with my team and the school community to deliver effective and innovative IT solutions. My goal is to continue to grow and develop as an IT professional, and to contribute to the mission and vision of Epiphany School.
