Being able to study in Germany and work in Singapore has gained me a wide exposure in design, creative thinking and solutions. The soft skill and hard skill that I harnessed from studying and working at the two nations had greatly shaped my personality and professional career here in Georgetown, Penang.Being a team leader for architectural projects, I have worked with the client at the preliminary stage to formulate the design brief, space planning, development data and feasibility study. In terms of authority matters, I was able to worked closely with the local authority in all submissions in order to deliver a building which is in line with the building by-laws, at the same time to look after the public interests. During the construction phase, I was able to produce detailed drawings for the contractor to carry out works on site. The whole process of turning an idea into a reality was never easy but I embraced the journey together with all the other parties in the project, I was able to complete all the projects that bring delights to the clients.I, myself is an individual who believes in the importance of collaborations between different personnel, profession and great minds from different industries. This makes me easy approachable and to look at problem from various perspectives in providing solutions.
