• Researching, consulting and analyzing customer needs to propose suitable technical solutions : - Perform meeting with customers in factories or offices to research, and discuss customer problems with humidity control, introduce company’s product series and systems. - Explain the principles, advantages and benefits of company’s products and systems. - Using Psychometric chart to collect information and data to support for system design.• Design air-treatment system : - Calculate moisture load based on collected data and customer requirements. - Determine specification for dehumidification system (moisture content, moisture removal capacity, air flow , etc..) to control humidity and temperature (if required).• Managing project : - Prepare contract and payment term that suit company policies and customer requirements. - Update the delivery time and follow-up with logistic team to ensure the schedule of project.• Supervising installation works, testing and commissioning equipment : - Providing technical guidance to install system to contractors such as duct size, installation methods, and supervising installation work to ensure accurate installation. - Connecting accessories to control equipment., set up set-point to achieve room condition. - Perform measurement of airflow, moisture removal capacity to ensure highest performance of system. - Provide training for technicians to operate equipment.• Technical support after commissioning for maintenance or issues occur during operation : - Support customer for maintenance or issues occur during operation. - Providing and recommend spare parts to prolong equipment lifespan.
