I have always been deeply passionate about entrepreneurship and the power of HR in driving startup success. Growing up in a household of entrepreneurs, I was exposed early on to the thrilling yet challenging life of business ownership. This inspired me to start my own ventures from a young age, and over the years, my fascination with business and entrepreneurship has only grown stronger.During my career, I witnessed startups with excellent products and services completely self-destruct due to poor people decisions.
