• Attending every single fair at different states to increase awareness about our product and normally organized by university, Talent Corp, Career Tour, Pen Expo, Educational Further Study Fair and a lot more. Coordinates services for any outstation events, including accommodations and travel for participants, facilities, food and beverages, signage, displays, special needs requirements, printing and event security.• Organizing a lot of events for example Gradmalaysia Carnival, Gradmalaysia Workshop, Mega Career and Study Fair (5 series), and doctorjob Carnival. Handling internal and external communications including event announcements, invitation of guests, reports and data.• Build and improve relationship with customer especially career counselor from private university, public university, schools and also company. Handling certain events for example Gradmalaysia Workshop and also conducting Malaysia’s 100 Trendence Survay (Total collected survey for 2014 were 14k and for 2015 were 21k).• Conducting inventory of marketing materials and publications. Need to handle subscriber and also all the distribution by using any transporter or in house delivery. Ensure all stocks received and replenishments are documented properly.
