Provide support to the Triumvirate and Senior Leaders with numerous projects simultaneously, assist with scoping, planning and implementation. Be the first point of contact for the MDT, liaising with stakeholders across the division including Clinical Leads, Midwives and Administrators. Ensure the venues are appropriate and agendas and minutes are distributed in a timely manner. When required take notes and minutes of highly confidential and sensitive meetingsEnsure the senior management team are reminded of key deadlines and timescales for key pieces of work and planning.Communicate with Directors, medical staff, managers and other staff within North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust, other hospitals and outside organisations on a regular basis, taking messages, organising meetings, acting on actions and dealing with issues/queries appropriately.

Negotiating and recovering money lost by the business due to a customer taking legal action against us, following an incident that occurred in resort. • Analyse compensation payments both from Legal and Customer Relations to decide whether recovery action against a 3rd party supplier is appropriate and if so on what basis.• Issue timely Closed Notices to suppliers setting out our reasons for recovery.• Provide resort management, Insurance Companies and Suppliers with supporting evidence, with a view to optimise our recovery prospects.• Review those payments that have been written off with a view to reducing this amount and therefore the financial loss to the business through identifying training needs.• Responsible for negotiating financial settlements directly with 3rd party suppliers, insurance companies.• Liaising with external solicitors who may be pursuing recoveries on our behalf through formal channels.• Maintain close relationships with Overseas Managers and ensure that they are confident with negotiating successful recoveries with our suppliers.
