• Perform the procurement of all MEP material in accordance with company policies, procedures and ethical standards.• Review / assess technical specification, BOQ (Bill of Quantity) and drawings to determine suitable vendors and suppliers. • Analyzing and evaluating all purchasing requisitions to ensure clarity and completeness in description of material and equipment. • Review vendors and suppliers quotations to determine best price and deliver date. Preparing and issuing requests for quotations to qualified vendors as per companies approved vendor list. • Review quotations of identified technical and commercial specifications received from the vendors and suppliers. • Arranging Technical submittals for Consultants Approval.• Preparing Subcontract Agreements, Supply agreement, LOI & Purchase Order to the Vendors. • Prepare & issue purchase orders in accordance with selected suppliers, price and technical specifications. • Strongly negotiating with suppliers to ensure that target prices, company’s terms and conditions are met. • Detailed planning and reporting activities related to procurement. Prepare comparative analyses documents related to specs, price, delivery terms, Payment terms and mode of transportation. • Coordinate various technical reviews with projects and end users with demonstrated ability to maintain effective working relations as a team member.

Prepare comparative analyses documents related to specs, price, delivery terms, payment terms and mode of transportation. • Arrange pre-award technical meetings involving the Engineering, project manager and supplier representative to freeze the technical requirements.• Preparing Subcontract Agreements, Supply agreement, LOI & Purchase Order to the Vendors.• Preparing purchase orders in ERP module – Xpedeon and familiar with ARIBA auctioning method to finalize the supplier.• Preparing Novation & Tripatriate contracts

Responsibilities: Designing and Generating the Drawings for the Switchgear Panel Design• Single line diagram for the whole project.• General Arrangement (showing cross sectional views, top view, and front view) Drawing of the panel• Control Schematic drawing• Foundation detail drawing• Bill of Material consisting all the Technical details of the equipment inside the panel.• Calculation of bus bar Specification According to current rating.• Costing and Estimation of Switchgear Panel, sending offer for customer.• Interacting with customer for Technical Deviations.• Follow up of the Tender.Procurement • Preparing enquiries for vendors.• Negotiating for prices.• Procuring materials from vendors.
