Hil Engineer
Current• Analyze project requirements to ensure a comprehensive understanding of system functionalities and identify key parameters and Boundary conditions of Automotive modules like BCM and DDM.• Design, assemble, and configured the HIL test bench, including connecting hardware components like ECUs, sensors, actuators, and power supplies.• Execute Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing and validation using dSPACE SCALEXIO and CANalyzer to assess system performance of multiple Automotive modules and verify generated signals against expected outcomes.• Leverage CANalyzer and Vector VN1630A to analyze and validate CAN Bus communication in HIL setups, ensuring accurate signal integrity and system performance• Execute electrical wiring of test benches within a HIL environment ensuring robust and reliable setups• Utilize Python scripting to automate test scenarios, enhancing efficiency in HIL validation processes.• Define scope and system boundaries for simulator I/O and instrumentation, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.• Perform in-depth analysis and testing on ECU modules (BCM, DDM, PDM, ICM, BMS) using dSPACE ControlDesk and verifying signals with an oscilloscope for reliability assessment and signal integrity.• Design and maintain a schematic arrangement of electrical circuits with specific color codes in the bench setup to ensure all connections are secure and functional for organized testing procedures
