Key Responsibilities• Reviews and participates in the preparation of routine, preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for daily, weekly, monthly and yearly work requirements of equipment based on manufactures recommend practices.• Diagnose the mechanical troubleshooting and analysis for completion required maintenance by (Root Cause Analysis) for mechanical seals, pumps, compressor, blower, fans ………etc. • Follow up the overhauling program for Waukesha engine and reciprocating compressor Arial.• Follow up the overhauling program with Taurus™ 60 Gas Turbine-Driven Generator Set.• Reviews and discusses requirements for work packs during shutdown.

Key Responsibilities• Preventive Maintenance Scheduling and planning.• Issue purchase requisition of spare parts, materials, services and any required resources for maintenance, inspection, and testing. Department cycle starts from receiving Purchasing Requisition and goes through the cycle till receipt of the required material in warehouse (SAP User).• Unplanned work reporting (breakdown) reporting.• Planned Work Order Generation and Issue.• Stores Requisitioning, Stock Control and Purchasing.• Identify generic items such as bearings, that can be purchased from OEM instead of resellers.• Grading equipment in terms of criticality for prioritizing of the development of PM program.• Utilization of maintenance resources.• Achieve the KPI to be alignment with strategic direction. • Team member in documents preparation and all issues related to ISO 18001, 14001 and 9001 certification achievement.• Diagnose the mechanical troubleshooting and analysis for completion required maintenance by (Root Cause Analysis).• Establish common language between maintenance & operations for all communications related to the facility and equipment.

Key Responsibilities• Share in buildup water treatment plant (RO) and follow up site works, shop drawing also finishes all related works which belong to that project. • Installing of the pumps according to API 610.• Rotating equipment construction (shaft alignment, pre-commissioning and startup) supervision according to vendor recommendation.• Develop and endorse machinery selection reports, application and sizing studies and select best techno-commercial solutions to ensure designs are optimal, safe, cost effective and in compliance with the latest Codes, Standards Preparing all the equipment to be ready for smooth operation.• Follow up the permit with Qatar petroleum co to extend HDPE pipes.• Supervision of the pipes installation works (Excavation, welding and testing).• Implementation of the routine/preventive/breakdown/shutdown maintenance and survey program to meet requirements.

Key Responsibilities• Keep smooth operation during shift of the production lines: • DRB rolling mill • Wire Rod rolling mill • Fill the daily inspection lists by documenting the different measurements as pressure (oil, air, and water), temperature (heat exchanger, bearings) vibration readings to compare the current reading with the recommended measurements to take appropriate action and monitor the indictor behavior.• Implement the mechanical maintenance plan.• Read the report of the previous shift to identify the pending work and to be able to diagnose the mechanical troubleshooting and analysis for completion required maintenance by (Root Cause Analysis).• Preparing failure report immediately after any accident including full analysis for the failure.

Key Responsibilities • Erection and commissioning of wire rod rolling mill. • Erection and commissioning of rebar rolling mill (DRB).• Complete overhauling for variable capacity overhead cranes.• Complete overhauling for various series of air compressors.• Complete Erection of lubrication systems.• Complete Erection of compressed air system.• Complete erection of the production line.• Supervision of Complete Erection of water piping for water treatment plant.• Laser Alignment for various types of pumps and gear boxes by SPM analyzer. • Preparing maintenance plan schedule which including in (greasing, lubricant, and different measurements).

Key Responsibilities• Share in buildup water tube boiler (its capacity 80 ton/hour).• Review detailed design specifications and drawings submitted by Contractors and Consulting Engineers for compliance with Design Basis, Specifications, Codes, Standards and Industry Practices.• Installation of the impulse turbine (its power 14 MW).• Supervision of complete erection of water treatment plant (RO)• Supervision of complete erection of waste water plant.
