▪ Collaborating with project management team to deliver the Guggenheim Museum Abu Dhabi project, one of Abu Dhabi Department of Cultureand Tourism projects.▪ Assisting management in Preparation of Procurement/Sourcing Plan.▪ Ensure all procurement activities are carried out in accordance withthe established company procedures.▪ Evaluate the quotations received from Suppliers/Vendors todetermine the best Supplier/Vendor meeting price, delivery, andquality requirements.▪ Control costs by making budget based procurement.▪ Prepare Performance reports on Cost, Quality, and On-time delivery and periodic analysis of these reports.

▪ Carry out administrative duties, and provide coverage by managing internal affairs of the Director General Office, greeting guests, managing incoming/outgoing mail.▪ Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including generation & distribution of memos, letters, spreadsheets, forms.▪ Plan and schedule meetings & activities in the administration.▪ Monitor and handle displayed content on social media channels.▪ Oversee office supplies and deliveries.
