Manage &Support Marine, Maintenance, Construction, Planning, Contracts controlling, Logistics & Warehouse management activities with over 1600 staff / $ 400M budget in accordance with company policies & procedures & the provisions of the Production Sharing Agreement.Coordinate directly with the Field director and with Field Production and Operations Manager and other concerned parties regarding the planning, scheduling and execution on offshore and onshore activities and projects.Maintain the integrity of company assets. Involvement in oil filed enhancement of production in addressing, the enhancement programs of water injection, artificial lifting ESPs, facilities modification, work force and organization structuring, process and mud chemical system; drilling, integrity/ inspection and well services activities.Oversee the preparation and implementation of the field budgets for concerned departments and monitor expenditures.Ensure that all field operational requirements are met safely, efficiently and cost effectively in keeping with company business objectives.Construction and Service support by Manage and support Marine, Construction, Planning, Contracts controlling, Logistics and Warehouse management activities for the oil fields contract area.

Plans and supervises inventory control activities by utilizing forecasts and forecasting techniques toensure that stock items are shown at economic levels consistent with operational objectives the Department's participation in tenders’ activities to ensure that all contract documents are consistent with Company requirements and professional standards. Reviews specifications for materials to be purchased by tender, discusses and presents comments to the Division Manager for decision.Evaluates, in conjunction with Supply Services Department, local and international sources and assesses compatibility with statutory requirements, competitiveness with respect to prices, delivery time and reliability. Decides on suppliers or makes appropriate recommendations, depending on size and total value of items requested.Reviews all requisitions for selected, critical commodity groups to ensure thatAdequate and appropriate Quality Assurance and Inspection Requirements have been applied. Coordinates third party inspection of ADCO purchases of critical equipment.

Plans and supervises inventory control/ procurement activities for operation (oil fields, Buhasa Habshan Bab and SAS) related to drilling and non drilling materials. Initiate establishment of stocking/ supply agreements for materials requirements for operation and non oil related commodities. Managing inventory which consisting of 50k lines items valued at 100 Millions dollars.

Plans, direct and supervise the activities of Inventory and Program Control related to Drilling and non- drilling materials to ensure that Company’s operational requirement of stock are men at an optimum level.Directs and participate in the planning coordination and review of drilling requirement as well as purchase requisitions for new items. Reviews and ensures requisition for compliance with the established policies and procedures. Justifications, delivery schedules etc. Coordinates and communicate formally with various user groups, purchasing, stores., finances ..etc.

Directed, controlled and supervised the activities of assigned personnel (107 employees – Supervisors, Engineers, Foreman, Senior Technicians, Technicians and Laborers).Performed supervisory functions toward, their maintenance of field facility equipment in support of crude oil production and services facilities comprising the mobile plant pool of heavy equipment, water supply system, distillation plants, sewage disposal plant and camp services.In charge of planning and directing the regular maintenance program of all oil/water/exploration wells and flow lines.

Directly involved in the operation of gas turbine plant which is consisting of Ruston, Avon (Rolls Royce) John Brown Frame-5/6 and several type of standby diesel generators. In charge of the operations of power plant of 125 megawatts capacity which is also connected to several power plants as grid system with GASCO, ADCO (Habshan) and ADCO (Bu Hasa).Supervising the operations of synchronization and interconnection with various power stations and ensuring load distribution within the field’s power system. Also, in charge of developing and preparing of operation/blackout procedures and start up procedures for all equipment and installation allocated to power System Section.
