Duties & Responsibilities:• Monitor and assign work to Site Engineers in accordance with Company’s policies, procedures, and limits of authority.• Monitor and control expenses related to project work and ensure organizational forecasts and budgets are meeting for these expenses.• Handle procurement activities relating to contracts and sub contracts in accordance with Company’s Procedures and Procurement department activities.• Undertake team briefings and inception activities to ensure all concerned parties understand all aspects of work.• Ensure safety standards and procedures are implemented and followed in accordance with contract requirements and Company guidelines.• Responsible and report on the scheduling of man/material movements for all aspects of construction and or maintenance activity.• Act as a liaison with contractors and clients managing any work interfaces and enhancements to project scope.• Review and evaluate technical submittals and shop drawings prior to submission to consultants and clients according to required project standards.• Assist the Project Manager in preparation of Sub Contract agreements and to recruit people for his area of discipline. • Direct cooperation with the client for the daily activities. • Direct reporting to the project manager and manager of projects.

• Maintenance Manager • Construction supervision • Supervises monitors and coordinates the maintenance work of electro-mechanical equipments in different military sites located in Cairo. • Plans preventative maintenance in advance and compiles recommendations. • Prepare the Maintenance schedule and check list for preventive maintenance.• Installations of air handling units, ventilation, fuel tanks.• Direct cooperation with the client for the daily activities.

Maintenance Mechanical Engineer for Azhar road tunnels in Cairo project.Responsibilities:• Supervises monitors and coordinates the maintenance work of electro-mechanical equipments. • Plans preventative maintenance in advance and compiles recommendations• Direct cooperation with the client for the daily activities and Maintenance approval.

-JV for Civil & Mechanical Works for Greater Cairo Metro Line 2, Phases 1A, 1B, 2B & 2C Project -JV for Civil & Mechanical Works for EL-Azhar Road Tunnel Project) Responsibilities:• Responsible of sheet metal works & Supervised electrical welding operations• Responsible of all the machines maintenance for T.B.M. "Diesel & Hydraulic".• Responsible of the Mechanical team in the Annexed Structure between stations.• Mounting and dismantling the TBM.• Maintenance inside the TBM.• Installing of pipelines of inlet & outlet (From 2 - 16 Inches).• Maintenance of valves (6 to 16 Inches).• Maintenance of Generators Power Supplier.• General Erection & Dismantling.
