Major Responsibilities:• Preparation & interpretation of monthly financial statements for multiple entity within the Group.• Ensuring proper accounting of financial transactions. • Timely calculation & disbursement of staff salary, bonus & other incentives for the relevant department.• Preparation of monthly receipts and payment accounts.• Preparation & proper maintenance of the cash and bank book.• Calculate related VAT & TAX on revenue & expenses.• Weekly Bank reconciliation & Reconcile fund receipts and payments.• Reconciling accounts payable and receivable.• Monitor, review and report accounting transaction, records, and documentation.• Assist documentation as per requirements of internal & external auditors.• Check and validate all kinds of Bill/Vouchers and get approval from management. • Revenue recognition as per IFRS and local law.• Preparation and maintenance of fixed assets register.• Complied with applicable International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) & local law.• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
