• As part of a 3 months project, studied and made recommendations on fixing the current database created by a formal employee. The database imported data from an Informix server with potential customers address and phone number for processing. The collected data is used to feed an auto dialer in the calling center. Numbers dialed show on the operators screen with the proper prompts to collect a survey usually averaging from 15 to 40 minutes.• Data collected is then stored in a data warehouse for data mining and reporting purposes.

• Designed and developed databases using Microsoft Access, ShowCase Queries, EssBase, AS400, SQL and Visual Basic for the purpose of administrating and monitoring the compliance of partner carriers and General Motors Powertrain Group suppliers.• Provided information technology support to all Caliber Logistics staff at the Plymouth facilities, as well as trained them on various software such as databases, spreadsheets and word processors (Access, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) to insure an accurate data entry process.• Acted as a liaison between the customer and Caliber Logistics technical support.• Maintained security: o Created user profiles and groups. o Set permissions to database objects.
